Join nationally acclaimed Celebrity Chefs Gavin Kaysen of Café Boulud in New York City, Gale Gand of TRU in Chicago, James Cambell Caruso of La Boca in Santa Fe, Bernard Guillas of The Marine Room in La Jolla, Katsuya Fukushima of Daikaya in Washington, DC, RJ Cooper of ROGUE 24 in Washington, DC, Chef Kerry Simon of Kerry's Gourmet Burgers in Las Vegas, NV, Michael Antonorsi of Chuao Chocoaltier in San Diego, CA and 15 legendary wineries in an unforgettable dining experience.
Your morning begins at the event's reception where you will indulge at the Bubble Bar and a vast display of tray passed hors d'oeuvres, collect your bidder paddles and sample a few fresh oysters from Carlsbad Aquafarm.
At 10:30, the Live Auction begins where upwards of 25 magnificent wine lots will be sold. The auction is moderated by Master Sommelier Joseph Spellman. Auction proceeds benefit culinary and enology scholarships awarded by the American Institute of Wine & Food and the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
At noon, guests are invited into the main dining area where you will be hosted by one of 15 prestigous wineries, each course expertly prepared by one of our Celebrity Chefs and paired with one of the wineries flagship wineries' vintages and varietals.
