Paulo Mendoza was born in Tijuana Baja California. His interest for the culinary industry did not start until the age of 21 he ascended San Diego culinary industry under the direction of school, Director chef Lerry Lewis. After graduating, Mr. Mendoza quickly began to travel Seattle, South Philly, Dallas, and even ending up in the Sonoma forest.Currently he is a driving force behind Lucrezia in La Jolla located at the UTC Mall.
