After years of working their way through some of San Diego’s top restaurants, residential kitchens, and large-scale catering operations, longtime friends and culinary school grads Ethan Ritenour and Jarrett Wright teamed up to bring something of their own to the table — CARAVAN

Built on a love for quality food, good people, and bold flavor, CARAVAN is their vision brought to life: serving up New York-style pizza and Premium Small-Batch Ice Cream with serious craft and care. CARAVAN began as a mobile pizzeria pop-up in August 2024 and has served thousands of customers since.
