Chef David Rivera Martinez, a young lover of good, authentic, and rural food from towns in general, with the intention of being a precursor in rescuing the roots of our region and the basic cuisine of the different indigenous ethnic groups that still reside in the State. Its grilled country cuisine reminds us of the beginnings of Baja California cuisine and its different cooking techniques, with sustainable elements and fire extracted from firewood endemic to Baja California.
