Green Acre and Jackson Family Wines come together to present a top lineup of sustainable Oregon wines paired over four courses. Before dinner enjoy a welcome hour around our garden beds overlooking the canyon slots as we serve rosé bubbles with tray passed poached oysters and persimmon breads from our local farms. Dinner will be served as a feast with food hitting the table to share over multiple courses featuring Roasted Rabbit served with Preserved Local Plums and Acorn Braised Veal Breast.
