For 20 years, chefs Suzette Gresham of Acquerello, Bernard Guillas, and Aron Schwartz have been cooking, laughing, collaborating—and pushing each other to be better. They call themselves the Chefkateers, their own culinary version of the Three Musketeers. This year, they’re throwing convention out the window.

Welcome to Passion + Favorites, a dinner built around the ingredients, dishes, memories and slightly eccentric ideas these three chefs love most.

At its heart, the dinner is about passion, friendship and reimagining what a great meal can be—with a nod to reduce, reuse and recycle along the way.
