For eight decades, Chino Farm’s fields in Rancho Santa Fe have supplied some of the world’s most acclaimed menus and helped define the California culinary movement.

On Thursday, November 5, the San Diego Food + Wine Festival and Fairmont Grand Del Mar invite guests to an evening honoring the 80th Anniversary of Chino Farm.

This extraordinary dinner will bring together the Chino family alongside celebrated chefs, culinary luminaries, and winemakers from Napa Valley for a multi-course experience inspired by the farm’s remarkable legacy and celebrating San Diego’s seasonal harvest, with ingredients sourced from the farms that make our region so bountiful.

Hosted within the elegant setting of Fairmont Grand Del Mar, the evening will showcase the bounty of San Diego’s seasonal harvest alongside exceptional Napa Valley wines, bringing two of California’s great agricultural traditions to one table.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet the winemakers behind the wines and discover the stories, people and places behind each glass. Because while Napa Valley is known around the world for exceptional wine, wine is ultimately about something much simpler: bringing people together around a table. Tonight, it’s Napa.
