20 | Twenty at The Westin Carlsbad Resort
The Westin is filling the holidays and your tummy with decadent plates and libations at their 20 | Twenty restaurant offering a seasonal three course menu for the fixed price of $98. Start off with an appetizer of your choice followed by a Compressed Pear Salad with savoy spinach, goat cheese, candied walnut, pomegranate and apple ginger vinaigrette for the first course. The entrée is a savory Beef Wellington including Beef Tenderloin, mushroom duxelle, baked-in puff pastry, Lyonnaise Marble potato, Tarragon citrus braised green beans and a Cabernet Demi-Glaze. End the feast with your choice of dessert like a Grand Marnier Bread Pudding topped with chocolate sauce.
Fort Oak has introduced a decadent lunch menu and festive cocktail list courtesy of Chef Brad Wise and Bar Manager Jessica Stewart. Raise a toast with a warm glass of Saint Nic’s Bourbon Cider over mouthwatering dishes like oysters with uni and caviar, risotto with bone marrow and beef fat butter, a 50 oz. hearth-grilled prime porterhouse, or white truffle pasta with brown burro fusso, ricotta salata, and a heavy-handed shaving of fresh truffles and much more! Lunch will be served Wednesday through Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM until December 17.

Jingle bells and taco shells? Experience the ultimate beach bonfire extravaganza equipped with s’mores, santa hats and lots of cheer. Beach & Taco Shack and ENO Market & Pizzeria have fresh tacos and artisinal pizza available for purchase as well.

This delicious family friendly event will fulfill every child’s gingerbread dreams. The candy bar is equipped with holiday treats and cheerful decorations to create memories AND the perfect gingerbread house. Hotel Del Coronado’s culinary team has already pre-assembled the scrumptious gingerbread houses so each kid can spend dedicated time to decorating with cheer.
We think holiday cheer is best spread through drinks! Warm up this holiday season with a good ol’ Kris Kringle Colada – made with dark Jamaican rum, Cynar, allspice, lime and pineapple juice and cream of coconut – and many more delightful craft-cocktails at Miracle on 30th Street or at Sippin Santa in the Grass Skirt.
