The result of blending old-world cheese-making techniques and creamery cultures with modern technology? Non-dairy cheese and butter on a whole new, delicious level! It’s no wonder that Miyoko’s products have been featured in Forbes, Bon Appetit Magazine, and the LA Times–they are an absolute must-try!

Clif Family Winery

Alexander Valley Vineyards

The Wetzel family, of Alexander Valley Vineyards, has been protecting their land for three generations. From the beginning, their focus has been on sustainability by composting winery waste, practicing irrigation management, and minimizing pesticide use. Today they are recognized as a Bay Area Green Business and they have been farming eight acres of Cabernet Sauvignon organically since 2008.

LangeTwins

When working on their vineyards, LangeTwins understands that what you put into life is what you get out of it. They are dedicated to the sustainability of not only their grapes but the surrounding environment as well. This is clear with awards like the 2014 BRIT Award of Excellence in Sustainable Growing from the Botanical Research Institute of Texas and the 2006 California Leopold Award from Sand County Foundation for Environmental Conservation and Dedication.

Zaca Mesa Winery

Zaca Mesa Winery maintains a balanced vineyard through the understanding that the environment and the crop are one. To ensure the health and sustainability of their plants, these oenophiles take proactive measures to conserve water, reduce waste, and use only organic products on their grapes. With only one-third of the land being farmed, the remainder is preserved for wildlife and the conservation of natural ground water.

Ken Forrester Winery

Each step of Ken Forrester’s grape to wine process is done by hand, never using herbicides and pesticides. From tilling and pruning to harvesting, Ken Forrester Winery applies safe and sustainable farm practices through every step of their process. A true testament to the quality of their wines, Ken Forrester recently celebrated 25 years built through hard work, passion, and creativity.
