With Huasteca roots, Chef Aarón Ruiz brings two decades of culinary expertise to the kitchen. His journey began in his hometown of Tampico, Tamaulipas, where he trained at the Cualti University Center. Upon completing his studies, he served as an instructor and creative chef at the university’s restaurant-school, Uva.

He expanded his skills through an apprenticeship under Chef Alejandro Ruiz at Casa Oaxaca, followed by key roles across leading hospitality brands, including Dreams in Tulum, Royal Hideaway Playacar in Playa del Carmen, and Mundo Imperial in Acapulco, Guerrero, among other projects.

Chef Aarón currently serves as Corporate Chef for Grupo Gastronómico Incubar in Tijuana, Baja California, where his cuisine is distinguished by technical precision and a deep respect for Pacific ingredients.
