Ana Carmona

A chef originally from Ensenada, Baja California, with over 15 years of experience in fine dining and a strong passion for Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, and sustainable fishing.

Throughout her career, she has led renowned kitchens in Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, and Mexicali, while also developing her own culinary ventures. Her talent has earned her first place at Cocina La Baja twice, in 2018 and 2023. She has also received the Garantía Baja California distinction for responsible seafood consumption and collaborated as a consultant and guest chef at prestigious international events, with notable work in London and Bogotá.

Always focused on continuous innovation, building motivated teams, and respecting local ingredients, Ana continues to bring the flavors and essence of Baja California cuisine to new culinary horizons.
