With 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, Andre grew up immersed in the restaurant world—his father was a chef, inspiring his own lifelong passion for cooking. After attending culinary school, he developed a strong foundation in Mexican and Italian cuisine. His career has taken him through renowned kitchens including the Grand Del Mar in San Diego, a luxury ranch in Wyoming, and as Executive Sous Chef at Pechanga. Now leading the culinary team at Rustic Root, Andre says the best part of his profession is making people happy through his food.
