Anton Van de Plas

Anton Van de Plas is the co-founder and proprietor of Afterwords Wines, an ultra-small-production Napa Valley winery dedicated to handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-inspired blends. Originally from the Netherlands, Anton began his career in legal publishing before pursuing his passion for wine. After relocating to Napa Valley in 2012, he spent more than a decade working with some of the region's most respected luxury wineries before launching Afterwords Wines with his wife, Lisa. Today, Anton combines his love of storytelling, hospitality, and fine wine to create wines that express the character of exceptional vineyards and the spirit of Napa Valley.
