Armandina S. Sepulveda

Chef Armandina S. Sepúlveda is a culinary professional and brewer with 15 years of experience in the kitchen and 12 years in craft beer production. She holds a degree in International Gastronomic, Tourism, and Hospitality Business Management and began her career in Mexicali, working across cafés, restaurants, and hotels.

Her diverse experience includes roles at Casa Velas Boutique Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Malva Cocina by Chef Roberto Alcocer in Valle de Guadalupe, and Restaurante Alcalde in Guadalajara. In 2016, she founded Ígnea Cocina Regional, where she creates multi-course tasting and surprise menus with a distinctive focus on craft beer pairings. A member of Mexico’s community of women beer tasters and brewers, Chef Armandina continues to lead Ígnea while developing a new culinary venture centered on creatively crafted butter.
