Arturo

Arturo is a Sonoran restaurateur whose life and career have been deeply rooted in cooking and the culture of carne asada. He began working the grill at just 12 years old and has since built a strong career in the restaurant industry.

Today, he operates four taquerías in Hermosillo and is the culinary mind behind Taconora, where he shares the flavors, techniques, and hospitality of Northern Mexico with the San Diego community.
