Carlos Gutiérrez

I am Carlos Gutiérrez, a marketing graduate and entrepreneur from Tijuana dedicated to the restaurant industry. I am part of the second generation of Mariscos El Ángel, a family business founded in 1983 that is well-known to generations of Tijuana residents.

I grew up in the family business, learning about customer service, discipline, and hard work from a young age. In 2017, I decided to launch a new phase for the brand, applying my marketing expertise to drive the growth of Mariscos El Ángel El Original, which currently operates two locations in Tijuana.

I am also active in the restaurant industry through CANIRAC, where I had the honor of serving as Vice President of Young CANIRAC for the 2024–2025 term.

My approach has always been to combine tradition, innovation, and strategy to strengthen a brand with over 40 years of history.
