Chef Cecilia Ceceña, proudly from Baja California Sur, was born in Guerrero Negro, Baja California Sur, and has built her professional career in Baja California, participating in culinary projects in Tijuana and the Guadalupe Valley.

Her cuisine is distinguished by a deep appreciation for seafood, respect for ingredients, and the application of diverse culinary techniques. Her approach combines Mexican flavors with Eastern influences, seeking a balance between technique, identity, and flavor.

She currently resides in Tijuana, Baja California, where she continues to develop her professional career and prepares to take on the role of Executive Chef at La Irreverente, the new restaurant by Chef David Alarcón. She brings with her a culinary vision that combines technical expertise, a thoughtful appreciation for ingredients, and a constant pursuit of new gastronomic possibilities.
