Is a chef from Tijuana who, in his quest to explore Mexican cuisine, traveled across various states, discovering dishes and ingredients that transformed his culinary approach. As the sous chef at Hacienda San Cristóbal in Guanajuato, he combined his knowledge of Baja Californian cuisine with that of the Bajío region, creating a unique style he calls “BAJAX.”

Upon returning to Tijuana, he worked as a private chef for over two years and recently opened REVA Restaurant on Avenida Revolución, a historic location that was once the Hotel Nacional, one of the city’s first restaurants.
