Daniel de la Cruz Higuera

I am a culinary professional and a graduate of Universidad Vizcaya de las Américas. I have been working in the culinary field since the age of 15, gaining experience in various restaurants specializing in gourmet cuisine, breakfast, and Mexican cuisine.

Throughout my career, I have developed experience in food preparation and presentation, kitchen organization, and teamwork. I currently work as a chef at Ochentos Pizza, where I continue to strengthen my skills and expand my experience within the culinary industry.
