His career as a chef has been marked by numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in the USA. Francisco, known in the industry as Frank, started at an early age as kitchen assistant in restaurants in Michoacán, Mexico. Thanks to that, he decided to turn his passion for the culinary arts into his profession and studied gastronomy in Morelia. It was not until he arrived in the United States that he began to learn various culinary techniques and further exploit his skills in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants like Avery (1star), Californias (2 stars) and Atelier Crenn (3 stars), in San Francisco.
