With 14 years in the industry, Chef Jorge brings his experience and creativity into every dish on the menu at Timestead. Born and raised in San Diego, his food highlights both California coastal influence as well as his Mexican heritage. Jorge has run kitchens of all sizes from single units to multi-restaurant hotel operations, adapting as needed to provide the best experience he can for his guests.
