Native San Diegan and third-generation hospitality entrepreneur, Lara Worm took an unconventional path to the beverage business. Raised in the food & beverage industry in San Diego, Lara instead pursued a law degree and served as an Assistant United States Attorney for a decade. By a twist of fate, Lara re-entered the craft beverage and hospitality industry, leading Bivouac Ciderworks as its CEO and “Adventure Guide.” Involved in every aspect of the business, from fermentation to sales to hospitality, Lara has built a brand that appeals to outdoor adventurers & foodies alike.
