He has represented Mexican cuisine in Paris, Lyon, London, Switzerland, Spain, Singapore, and several states in the United States.
He is a member of the American Culinary Federation, L’Académie Culinaire de France, and La Société des Cuisiniers de Paris. He has been recognized as one of the 120 “World Best Chefs” by The American Institute of Hospitality and Science.
He won a Gold Medal at the Culinary Olympics in Eufort in 2000. For six years, he hosted his cooking show “Del Chef a Usted” and has been featured on programs such as BBC London, ABC, CBS, KUSI, and Canal 11 Nacional. He has received over 250 awards from more than 12 countries.
His cuisine has been enjoyed by various heads of state, governors, and artists both nationally and internationally.
