Neeta Mittal
Neeta Mittal is the co-founder of LXV Wine and House of Mittal in Paso Robles, California. Born in India and trained as an engineer at the University of California, Berkeley, she brings a rare blend of analytical discipline, cultural fluency, and creative vision to the world of wine. Alongside her husband Kunal Mittal, she has helped build LXV into one of Paso Robles’ most distinctive boutique wineries, with a focus on Cabernet Franc, Bordeaux-inspired wines, and wine-and-spice pairing experiences rooted in Indian hospitality.
Beyond the winery, Neeta is a speaker, mentor, and advocate for sensory education, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and cultural storytelling. She delivers keynote talks, mentors young entrepreneurs, and works to broaden the way people experience wine – through food, memory, place, and human connection. In 2025, Neeta and Kunal were named to Wine Enthusiast’s Future 40, recognizing their impact on the next generation of the wine industry.
