La Cevichería Oyster Bar was born in Ensenada, Baja California, inspired by the sea, its bounty, and the culinary culture that defines our region.

We are a concept that celebrates the flavors of the Pacific and the richness of Baja California through ceviches, oysters, seafood, and fresh ingredients, prepared with respect for the product and with an identity of our own.

But La Cevichería is more than just a place to eat.

From the beginning, we have sought to build a brand that represents Ensenada, grows alongside its people, and stays true to its roots no matter how far it goes. We believe in doing things with passion, creating opportunities, and sharing our growth by supporting our community and those who need it most.

Our vision is to continue growing, bring the La Cevichería concept to new locations throughout Baja California, and, in the future, cross borders to share in the United States a concept proudly born in Ensenada.

We want every location to preserve what inspired us from the very beginning: our connection with people, respect for the product, the flavors of the sea, and pride in our homeland.

Because for us, serving a great ceviche is more than just cooking.

It is about representing where we come from.
