Roberto Valenzuela

Chefs Roberto Valenzuela and Gizeh Guevara Rodríguez form a creative duo focused on developing culinary projects with regional identity, culinary storytelling, and community building.

Through initiatives such as En La Línea | El Podcast and #HechoEnBaja, they have created spaces for conversation, promotion, and collaboration among chefs, producers, sommeliers, entrepreneurs, and key members of Baja California’s culinary scene.

They currently operate IGNIA Baja Bistro, a new culinary concept focused on locally rooted cuisine, contemporary hospitality, and gastronomic experiences inspired by the border identity of Baja California.
