Chef Seckin Sage is the chef and owner of Bosforo, a modern Turkish restaurant in San Diego’s Normal Heights neighborhood. Originally from Mersin, Turkiye, Seckin brings the flavors of the Mediterranean and his Turkish heritage together with a contemporary California approach. His cooking is rooted in fire, seasonality, and the regional flavors of Turkiye, shaped by years of experience in professional kitchens across California.
