Spencer Hunter

Chef Spencer Hunter is born and raised in San Diego (Bonita) and pursued his interest in food at Arizona State University first by studying abroad in Australia, Guatemala, and Panama before moving back to San Diego. Chef has worked with Waters Fine Catering (Chef Mary Kay Waters), MIHO Catering, and searsucker (Chef Brian Malarkey) before opening Lia’s LUMPIA with his mother Lia! Chef is proud to represent Filipino traditional cuisine (amongst other global cuisines) shown in modern presentations.
