Chef Tommy Ramirez, the driving force behind the kitchen team at Dija Mara. Tommy was born and raise in Vista California and has been able to take some time to go back to his roots in Oaxaca. Combining his knowledge from old traditional cooking in Mexico and his experience in kitchens here in California he has taken Dija Mara on a new and exciting adventure. Dija Mara’s focus is developing flavors that represent Indonesia combined with the bountiful ingredients California has to offer.
