Pull up a seat for Oyster Jam, a one-night-only, family-style feast celebrating oysters, seafood and the chefs who know what to do with them. Cherryfish’s Chef Marcus Twilegar, 2025 San Diego Food + Wine Festival Taco TKO People’s Choice winner, hosts an all-star collaboration with two-Michelin-starred Chef Jason McLeod of Ironside Fish & Oyster; Top Chef finalist and All-Star Joe Sasto, whose résumé includes Michelin-starred Quince and Lazy Bear; and James Beard Award–recognized and StarChefs Rising Star Fariyal Abdullahi, whose culinary journey has taken her from Noma in Copenhagen to Hav & Mar in New York City.

The night starts properly with Champagne and caviar bumps before everyone settles in for five courses served family-style. Expect pristine oysters from celebrated growers, exceptional seafood, generous shared plates and a few unexpected riffs as the star-studded culinary lineup of distinctly different chefs take turns at the table.
