To date, the San Diego Food + Wine Festival has raised more than $700,000 towards scholarships, helping aspiring professionals achieve their dreams. This year, the San Diego Food + Wine Festival partners with Fast Forward Futures to raise scholarship funds for continuing education in the culinary, enology, viticulture and hospitality industries.
Each year, the Scholarship Committee is hand-picked to select recipients. These influential members of San Diego’s local hospitality and culinary communities, read, review and discuss the applications before interviewing hopeful applicants. Winners are announced and recognized at the San Diego Food + Wine Festival.
