Plantscape: A Boundary Bending Dinner Series at The Plot – SOLD OUT

This six-course dinner features The Plot culinary leaders Davin Waite, Lydia Ornelas, and Travis Roe. The Plantscape series creates the opportunity for them to present a playful, innovative and exciting array of courses featuring ingredients sourced locally and regeneratively (many from their own garden). They highlight techniques such as total utilization and dry aging, while embracing the comforting yet boundary-pushing creations our team is known for. Expect a delicious, satisfying meal that is creative and inspiring.

Beverage pairings from sommelier Tami Wong at Stay Classy Selections will include biodynamic and responsibly-sourced wines, as well as a house cocktail that utilizes byproducts from The Plot’s kitchen and garden.
