Conchas de Piedra

Conchas de Piedra is a unique project between the Casa de Piedra winery and the Deckman’s kitchen, where the shellfish from the region are paired exclusively with the sparkling wines from Casa de Piedra. Following Deckman’s traditions, all of their seafood products are strictly seasonal, responsible, and 100% from Baja California. At Conchas de Piedra, guests will discover a combination of elements designed to amuse and seduce their palate. Conchas de Piedra is a recipient of a Michelin Green Star.

Lunario

Lunario is led by Chef Sheyla Alvarado, a trailblazer for Baja California cuisine.Their monthly tasting menu, crafted from locally-sourced, seasonal produce, features ingredients from their own farm, garden, animal pen, and apiary, complemented by in-house dairy, sustainable local seafood, and a 100% local wine list, all while prioritizing waste management through recycling and composting to enrich their garden and vineyard. Lunario is a greenhouse-esc building with modern interior design, tucked away in the Lomita winery.  Lunario was recognized as one of Latin America’s Top 50 Restaurants of 2023 and is a recipient of a Michelin Green Star.

Animalón

Animalón is nestled under an oak tree amidst the picturesque landscape of Valle de Guadalupe. Owned by acclaimed Chef Javier Plascencia and led by Executive Chef Oscar Torres, every aspect of their dining experience at Animalón is meticulously curated to delight the senses. Restaurante Amores

Restaurante Amores is lovingly run by Chefs Marcelo Hisaki and Reyna Venegas and their team. The cuisine is offered as a prix-fixe menu, with several options for diners to choose from. An element of surprise adds to the experience, as the dishes are not specifically described until they arrive at the table, often featuring the day’s local produce.  Chef Marcelo Hisaki is currently competing in Bocuse D’ Or 2024 competition, which is the most prestigious culinary competition in the world.  He also participated in the 2023 Bocuse D’Or and was the recipient of the social commitment award due to his extensive work in support of migrants food insecurity in the Baja region.  Restaurante Amores was awarded with the Michelin Service Award.
