Alfredo has a degree in Language and Literature, a Master in Latin American Studies and he is a writer with awards in narrative and poetry.  He is a Certified Sommelier by The Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET 3 Award Advanced with Distinction, WSET Educator and traditional chef. He has been a judge in different gastronomic and oenological competitions, he works as Head Sommelier of Vinícola Pozo de Luna and Commercial Director. He is Director of Estudio Baco, where he holds cycles of historical tastings, auctions and pairing dinners, along with literary courses and workshops. He has been a blogger and columnist for more than 10 years on the topics of wine, gastronomy and culture in El Sol de San Luis, Diario Pulso and Revista Tauro.
