Chrystal Fairbanks has been representing Knights Bridge wines for two years in a variety of
capacities including hospitality, managing the tasting room, and in the world of wholesale on the west coast. Prior to joining the Knights Bridge team, she worked in production at Paul Hobbs Winery during Harvest 2021.

Chrystal is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, and holds a WSET Level 2 certification. She is from Southern California originally, but now resides in Santa Rosa, CA to be close to the winery in Knights Valley. She’s excited to share what makes Knights Bridge Winery special with guests at the San Diego Food and Wine Festival.
