Denice Grande – 13 years at Solare Ristorante – has held an ever-increasing leadership role in the kitchen here. Solare is a Michelin Guide Restaurant. Her passion for making great Italian food coupled with her roots in the worlds of cuisine and farming has made her a very special chef. Her culinary focus has been on regional Italian recipes for over 25 years.
