Chef Édgar García started his career in the food world 35 years ago. He helped Food Steps Inc. open several different concepts of casual service restaurants and he is responsible for menú development. He’s now head chef of the company and manager of all the different concepts by the company in Seaport Village with a special focus on San Diego Burger Company.
