Kareem Queeman, affectionately known as Mr. Bake, is a nationally and internationally recognized, James Beard Award–nominated pastry chef, television personality, entrepreneur, and international baking judge. A Harlem, New York native and graduate of The Culinary Institute of New York at Monroe University, Kareem has appeared on Food Network, Netflix, Cooking Channel, PBS, the TODAY Show, and The Kelly Clarkson Show. He also served as a judge in Toronto, Canada, on The Holiday Bake Shop and The Halloween Bake Shop, with Season 2 of Bake Shop premiering this fall. Through his company, Mr. Bake Sweets, Kareem continues to celebrate Southern baking traditions while inspiring the next generation through food, storytelling, and representation.
