Maria Carmen Favila is the General Manager & Chef of Muñecas Originals in El Centro. She has many years of knowledge and practice in gastronomy & gourmet cuisine. She developed and planned menus for special events, decorated and presented food dishes to customers when catering and lead all kitchen operations since 1996.
