Mark Valin, DieWSET has been a Sommelier for nearly 20 years. He has certifications from the International Sommelier Guild and WET Diploma Program. He is a wine director, private cellar curator, wine judge, and frequent wine festival alum. In 2017 he cofounded Made by Light Wines in De Luz, California where he farms certified organic Rhone & Sicilian varieties.
