Holding the WSET Diploma and French Wine Scholar title, she brings over a decade of experience spanning private client sales in Burgundy, restaurant wine list development, and luxury tastings for global brands such as Tiffany & Co., Lexus, and Taittinger.  As the founder of Grape Chic, Nicole has cultivated a vibrant online community of wine lovers, blending storytelling, education, and travel across digital and in-person experiences. A sought-after speaker and instructor with the Sommelier Society of America, she is known for making wine approachable and exciting. She has also been one of the official storytellers of the More than European Food and Drinks, Savoring Stories campaign since 2023.
