For twenty years, Romesco has been a place where food, wine, hospitality, and friendship come together around the table.

To celebrate this milestone, we are bringing together Michelin-recognized chefs Javier Plascencia and Roberto Alcocer, alongside Romesco’s own Chef Eddie Zamarripa, for a special anniversary dinner inspired by the flavors, people, and memories that have shaped Romesco over the past two decades.

The evening will be complemented by thoughtfully selected wine pairings from some of Baja California’s most respected wine personalities: Don Camilo Magoni of Casa Magoni, Mauricio Cantú of Madera 5 and Cava Aragón, and Neil Foster, known as “The Cork Lord.”

More than a dinner, this is a celebration of 20 years of Romesco and of the chefs, winemakers, team members, guests, and friends who have been part of its story.

We look forward to raising a glass together to the first twenty years, and to everything still to come.
