Back by popular demand after last year’s sold-out debut, our Michelin Guide–inspired expedition returns to Valle de Guadalupe for another extraordinary cross-border culinary adventure. Once again curated and hosted by Baja Wine + Food founder Fernando Gaxiola, this all-inclusive experience celebrates the restaurants and wineries that continue to earn global recognition.
This year’s journey takes you deeper into Baja’s Michelin story, with sparkling brunches, chef-led pairings, and multi-course dining at Michelin-recognized restaurants, alongside intimate reserve tastings at some of the region’s most iconic wineries.
What awaits is more than a day trip—it’s your chance to be part of the movement that has made Valle de Guadalupe one of the most celebrated food and wine destinations in the world.

BAJA CULINARY EXPEDITION ITINERARY
Bubbly Brunch at Bruma Wine Garden by Chef David Castro with Bruma Wines
We’ll welcome you with an exclusive sparkling wine by famed winemaker Lulú Martínez, winemaker of on-site Bruma Winery, followed by a private alfresco family style brunch in the terrace of Michelin Guide restaurant Bruma Wine Garden by celebrity chef David Castro Hussong. Prepare for the best brunch of your life!

Wine Experience at Las Nubes Winery with Winemaker Victor Segura
Our adventure continues in one of the most gorgeous wineries in Valle de Guadalupe: Las Nubes Bodegas y Viñedos. Owner/winemaker Victor Segura will take us on a journey (with wine in hand!) through the impressive cellar and we will get to taste reserve wines from his private collection. Our experience will end tasting wines and small bites from on-site Michelin Guide restaurant Envero en el Valle by chefs Alejandro Torres and Fabiola Aceves as we enjoy the expansive valle views from their massive terrace in the foothills.

Wine Experience at Lomita Winery with Owner Fernando Pérez Castro
Next, one of our all-time favorite oenological projects in the world: Lomita. The 100% organic vineyards produce some of the best wines in all of Mexico. We will be hosted by owner Fernando Pérez Castro who will take us on an exclusive cellar visit to continue tasting wines in the beautiful terrace lounge where we will get to try appetizers by Michelin Guide Star (red and green!) restaurant Lunario by Chef Sheyla Alvarado.

Culinary Experience at Olivea Farm-to-Table Restaurant
To end the ultimate Valle day trip on a high note, we will start our Olivea experience with a walk from the garden to the table with owner Ange Joy Hancock. We will enjoy of an 8-course wine pairing fine dining experience by chef Eduardo Zaragoza with special winemaker guests Kris Magnussen of Lechuza Wines, Jorge Maciel of Cava Maciel and Phil Gregory of Vena Cava Winery.
